In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Marty and Toni Hammers, Thompsonville, IL, paternal grandparents, Diana Dillard, Benton, IL, Cliff Dillard, Marion, IL, maternal great-grandparents, Ruth Sweet, Thompsonville, IL, Everett and Joann Vanderburg, Alexander, AK, paternal great-grandparents, Margo Craig, Mt. Vernon, IL, Frank Dillard, Winston-Salem, NC, two uncles, Dustin Hammers, Benton, IL, Marty Hammers, Thompsonville, IL, an aunt, Christina Dalton, Benton, IL, and several other aunts and uncles. Baby Christian was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, John Sweet, maternal great-grandfather, Adrian Hammers, great aunt, Marsha Hammers McLain, paternal great-grandfather, F.E. "Frosty" Craig, paternal great-grandmother, Frances Dillard. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home, Benton, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Immanuel Baptist Church, Benton, IL with Pastor Sammy Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, IL.
