Claude Aleczander Tobias O'Daniell, an infant born on August 16, 2018, at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018, at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, at the age of 3 months and 10 days. Claude's life will continue to live on through his precious gifts of life through organ donation at Mid-America Transplant Services.
He was born to Devin O'Daniell and Claudia (Mocaby) Bolivar. Claude's life may have been shortly lived, but it was filled with beautiful moments and loving times.
Claude is survived by his mother, Claudia Marie Bolivar; father, Devin A. O'Daniell; maternal grandfather, Claude Neal Mocaby; paternal grandmother, Michelle (Tom) O'Daniell-Wallace; paternal grandfather, Scott Adams; paternal great-grandmother, Inez (Rea) O'Danielle; paternal great-grandfather, Ron O'Daniell; two brothers, Adonis Westerberg and Luciano Bolivar; a sister, Aurora Bolivar; maternal aunt, Ada Mocaby; maternal uncle, Bryan (Britney)Mocaby; paternal aunt, Jessica Howell; paternal uncle, Colton James Meadows; two maternal great-aunts, Michelle Mocaby and Helen Mocaby-Willett; materal great-uncle, Denzil Mocaby; two paternal great-uncles, Mike O'Daniell and Matt O'Daniell; many cousins; and his loving family at Marion O'Charleys.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Monte Jean Wininger; a maternal great-grandmother, Norma Mocaby; and maternal great-grandfather, Claude Ladle Mocaby.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Pate Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Benton, IL.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., at Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, 10:00 a.m., at Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL, with Pastor Roger Webb, officiating services. Burial will follow services at Plaster Groves Cemetery, Thompsonville, IL.
Memorial contributions may be at the funeral home in care of Claudia Marie Bolivar.
