Dianna M. Spani-Reginato, 43, of Benton, IL, died at 4:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2014 as a result of an auto accident in Madison County, IL. Ms. Spani-Reginato was born on April 17, 1970 in Benton, IL the daughter of Phillip E. Spani and Diane (Pierce) Malkovich. Dianna was the proud owner of Di's Concession Stand and was not afraid of hardworking. She enjoyed traveling and participating in state fairs, quilt shows and other events. She took pride working side by side with her family. Dianna was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spoiling her grandchildren. Surviving relatives include her mother, husband, T.J. L. Key, three children, Nichole M. Reginato, Michael J. Reginato, Christina L. Reginato all of Benton, IL, two brothers, Steve Spani, Joe Spani, a sister Michelle Spani, eight grandchildren, Alexis, Brian, Bella, Aydin, Maesin, Zain, Amaya, Aziah, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ms. Spani-Reginato was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hobbs Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory, Benton, IL. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Masonic and Odd Fellow Cemetery, Benton, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to Hobbs Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in care of the Funeral Arrangements and will be accepted at the funeral home. Dianna M. Reginato Benefit will be on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 3 to 9 p.m. at the West Frankfort Elks Lodge 1340, 128 West Main Street, West Frankfort, IL.
