Donna R. McCormick - Benton, IL Donna R. McCormick, 73, of Benton, IL, died at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Benton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Benton, IL. Mrs. McCormick was born on September 14, 1937 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Lester O. Reutzel and Mabel L. (Followell) Reutzel. She married Ronnie L. McCormick on June 14, 1979 and he survives. Donna enjoyed selling antiques and going to auctions. She was a member of the Methodist Church and Eastern Star, both in Advance, MO. Surviving relatives include her husband, Ronnie McCormick, Benton, IL, two daughters, Dana Sherman, Benton, IL, Kandi Williams, Thompsonville, IL, one granddaughter, Cassandra Jolieff and husband Donnie, Advance, MO, two great-grandsons, Stevie and Josiah Jolieff, both of Advance, MO, one brother, Richard Reutzel, Advance, MO, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gene Forest Reutzel. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home, Benton, IL. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Shook officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery, Benton, IL.
