Douglas Wayne Eubanks - Benton, IL Douglas Wayne Eubanks, 51, of Benton died at 12:10 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2012 at St. Louis University Hospital. Mr. Eubanks was born on May 30, 1961 in Benton, IL the son of Donald Wayne Eubanks and Linda (Mason) Eubanks. Douglas worked at BFJ Interiors in West Frankfort and enjoyed playing cards and reading books, especially Westerns. Surviving relatives include his mother, Linda Eubanks, Benton, a sister, Debra Clay, West Frankfort, a brother, Ronald Eubanks, Benton, two nieces, Carmen Mifflin, West Frankfort, Nicole Eubanks, Benton, three nephews, Alan Clay, West Frankfort, Ryan and Daniel Eubanks, both of Benton, three great-nieces, Aubrey Rash, Izabella Mifflin, Briella Clay, all of West Frankfort, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Eubanks was preceded in death by his father, and his paternal and maternal grandparents. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory in Benton. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Eddie Paul Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton.
