Elizabeth "Lisa" Camille Barnes, 55, of Benton, IL, passed away at 10:40 p.m. on November 4, 2018, at her residence.
She was born on March 18, 1963, to Santford and Diana (Showfety) Tucker in Greensboro, NC. Lisa was an accomplished artist. It was her passion in life. She left behind a large body of work. She was known by her friends as Road Kill Artist. Lisa dreamed of becoming famous after her death through her art. She achieved her Bachelors of Arts from the University of West Florida. Lisa was an avid book collector and read constantly. She was loved by many because she was completely nonjudgmental. She was friends with everybody.
Elizabeth is survived by her parents, Santford and Diana Tucker of Pensacola, FL; loving husband, Larry Whiting of West City, IL;  one daughter, Jessica (Joe) Tucker of Pensacola, FL; one son, Jason Dill of Pensacola, FL; one Brother, Santford Tucker, Jr. of Brunswick, GA.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL.
