Jean Marie Alexander, nee Williams, 67, of Benton, IL, died at 11:00 p.m., Sunday, October 26, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. Alexander was born on November 20, 1946, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Kenneth & Marie C. (O'Hare) Williams. She married Donald Alexander on June 27, 1970 and he survives. Jean enjoyed sitting on her front porch. She loved researching family genealogy and playing computer games. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving relatives include her husband, two children, Steve Alexander of Benton, IL and Suzanne Taylor and husband Kurt of Greenville, NC, three brothers, Ken Williams and wife Debb, of Arnold, MO, Joe Williams and wife Darlene, of Fenton, MO and John Williams of Fenton, MO and two grandchildren, Zion and Holly. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be privately held. Hobbs Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory handled the arrangements. Memorial contributions maybe made to the donor's choice.
