JoAnn Hall, 71 of West Frankfort, IL., passed away at 1:32 p.m., on Sunday, February 9, 2020, at Reflections Memory Care, Herrin, IL.

She was born on July 2, 1948, to her parents Alt and Chole (Cremeens) Irvin in Herrin, IL.  JoAnn married Vurtis Ray Hall on July 26, 1963, in Elizabeth Town, Illinois.    She enjoyed making Memorial Day flowers, traveling to New Mexico and Colorado, and spoiling her dog and cat.

Surviving are her husband, Vurits Ray Hall; one son, Randy Hall; one daughter, Tonya Hall; and one grandchild, Mical Engram.

The family will host a Celebration of Life service at a future date.
