Karstan Jayvon Lapp, of Carpenter, WY, 8 ½ months old, died at 8:55 a.m. Thursday, May 8, 2014, at his home. Karstan was born August 20, 2013, in Cheyenne WY, the son of Brent and Lucia (Weaver) Lapp. He is survived by his parents, three brothers, Brenton, Westlyn and Ryan, all of Carpenter, WY, maternal grandparents, Mervin and Lucinda Weaver, Johnsonville, IL, paternal grandparents, Clair and Linda Lapp, Carpenter, WY, and paternal great-grandparents, Martin and Eva Nolt, Peach Bottom, PA. Karstan was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Stauffer, one brother, Jadin Lapp and one sister, Yvonne Roselle Lapp. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2014, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Ewing Mennonite Church in Ewing, IL. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at the Ewing Mennonite Church Cemetery in Ewing, IL.
