Leslie Paul "LP" Harvey - Benton, IL Leslie Paul "LP" Harvey, 26, of Benton, IL, died at 8:26 p.m. Sunday, May 8, 2011 at Franklin Hospital, Benton, IL. Mr. Harvey was born on May 13, 1984 in Mt. Vernon, IL the son of Leslie Harvey and Rebecca Gream. Leslie is a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and enjoyed playing video games and watching Harry Potter movies. Surviving relatives include his mother, Rebecca Gream, Benton, IL, his father, Leslie Harvey and fiance, Wanda Wilkins, both of Franklin, TN, two brothers and one sister, Ronnie Harvey, Benton, IL, Patricia Matthias and huband Jason, Benton, IL, Justin Harvey, Benton, IL, paternal grandparents, Maudie and Dillon Graham, Mt. Vernon, IL, one nephew, Aidan Matthias, Benton, IL, several aunts, uncles and cousins, special friends, the Parke and Matthias families, Tina Rush, Josh Lefler, Jessie Elders, Clarissa Drew, Jessi Young, and several other friends. Mr. Harvey was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Jordan Harvey, maternal grandparents, Finis Junior Gream and Patricia Ann Gream, paternal grandfather, James Robert Harvey, and paternal step-grandfather, Francis Jean Campbell. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday at the Abner Cemetery, Nason, IL with Pastor Jason Todd officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday at the cemetery.
