Linda K. Webster, 81, of Benton, passed away on April 7, 2023 at the DePaul Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

She was born on May 28, 1941 to WM. Henry and Crystal (Odle) Webster in West Frankfort, IL Linda retired from Walmart after working many years as a book keeper and was active in starting the computer system for the Arizona Main Store.

Linda was a member of the Thompsonville Community of Christ Church.

Linda is survived by her four nieces, Mischell (Duane) Papineau, Christine (Peter) Bergeron, Sue Webster and Lynn Blosky; two nephews, Edward Webster and Chuck Webster; three great-nieces, Nicole Papineau, Danielle (Christian) Martinez-Gonzalez and Amanda Bergeron; one great-nephew, Joseph Bergeron; her canine companion, Trinket; and special friends, Georgene, Joe, Alice and Michelle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Jerry Webster and Jack Webster.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Pate Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Benton, IL.

Per Linda's wishes cremation will take place.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the Thompsonville Community of Christ Church with Pastor Ann Schwengel officiating. Immediately following the celebration of life a luncheon will be held at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Thompsonville Community of Christ Church.
