She was born on December 8, 1955 to Charles and Holly (Blume) Garland in Shirley, MA. Marta worked as a Hospice Chaplain.
Marta is survived by her loving spouse Danny D. Setliff.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory, Benton, Ill.
