Patricia "Trish" Faye Wilkins, 68, of Benton, passed away at 8:02 p.m., on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at her residence with her loving family by her side.

She was born on August 26, 1953, to Johnny and Helen (Early) Dutton in Rosiclare, IL.

Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She set no limits to her ability to compete with her children and had previously raced stock cars with her sons. Patricia loved crafting, tending to her tea garden flowers, and being with her family.

She is survived by her two sons, Bobby (April) Wilkins of Sesser, IL and John (Stephanie) Wilkins of Logan, IL; one daughter, Christina "Crissy" Wilkins of Benton, IL; one sister, Phyllis DeGrave of Cave-In-Rock, IL; two grandchildren, Megan Wilkins of Benton, IL and Hailey Bryan of Benton, IL and several nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Edwin and Helen Beatrice; one sister, Shirley Pennell; and one granddaughter, Chloe Wilkins.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Pate Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Benton, IL.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.,at Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL with funeral services beginning at 12:30 p.m. Brother Chris Hottenson will be officiating services.

Burial will take place in the East Fork Cemetery.
